Foreman

Responsible for supervising site operations to ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with drawings and quality standards. 

• Supervise workers and subcontractors according to assigned plans 

• Inspect precast installation, masonry, and plastering works 

• Verify alignment, level, and positioning before installation 

• Enforce site safety standards 

• Report site progress and issues to Site Engineer 

• Monitor material usage and coordinate advance requests 

• Minimum 3 years construction experience 

• Ability to read construction drawings 

• Understanding of site measurement and safety standards 

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
