Pattanawit Group, a leader in innovative precast concrete construction and integrated construction solutions, was established in 1983. The group comprises Chiang Mai Pattanawit Co., Ltd., Pattanawit Precast Co., Ltd., and Wararom Co., Ltd. We have over 40 years of experience serving public and private sector clients across Thailand and have recently expanded our operations to Cambodia. We specialize in residential buildings, schools, offices, factories, infrastructure, and public utility projects such as retaining walls, drainage pipes, and roads. We utilize advanced technology and high-quality precast concrete systems to ensure fast, reliable construction with minimal cost control. Our precast factory, located on over 30 rai of land in Lamphun Province, has a production capacity of over 70,000 sq m per year and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. We are committed to utilizing modern technology to deliver the highest quality work, within budget, on time, and meeting customer needs.
