Precast concrete floors are a suitable choice for modern building construction. Made from high-quality concrete, they provide strong, durable floors capable of supporting heavy loads, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor spaces. This product helps reduce labor costs and speeds up construction.
Product types of finished flooring.
- Precast concrete floor slabs
- Precast concrete half slab
- Bubble Deck Slab Flooring
Precast concrete floor Precast reinforced concrete floor slabs are manufactured in a factory and then installed on-site, with or without a topping layer, to achieve the designed strength. They are suitable for residential buildings, high-rise buildings, and projects requiring speed and efficiency.
strength
- Reduce problems caused by weather conditions.
- Manufactured in a factory, allowing for quality control of concrete and reinforcing steel to meet standards.
- Quick installation, reducing on-site work time.

Half precast concrete slab (Half Slab) These are thin sheets, approximately 5–7 cm thick, with reinforcement steel embedded in them. They are used as "permanent formwork" for pouring a second layer of cast-in-place concrete on-site.
strength
- It functions as a "pre-fabricated mold" and is part of the actual structure.
- Reduce the use of formwork/scaffolding.
- Easy to install and lighter than precast floor tiles.
- Suitable for high-rise buildings or projects requiring speed but still needing the strength of a cast-in-place concrete overlay.

Bubble Deck Slab It is a reinforced concrete floor technology. Place round plastic balls (bubbles) inside the floor panel. To reduce the amount of central concrete (that does not bear much load) while maintaining the same strength as a solid slab.
strength
- Suitable for high-rise buildings, office buildings, or structures requiring large usable space.
- Significantly reducing structural weight (20–30%) allows for smaller column, beam, and foundation designs.
- It saves on concrete and reinforcing steel, making it environmentally friendly.
- Wider spans (long spans) without needing many beams.
- The smooth underside can be used as a ceiling decoration.

Example of use
- Flooring for industrial plants.
- High-rise building floor
- Floor for a garage.
- Residential area
