Architect Specialist

Responsible for reviewing architectural shop drawings and developing construction details for precast projects. This role bridges design, production, and site execution to ensure architectural accuracy and aesthetic quality.

• Review shop drawings for compliance with approved architectural design 

• Develop construction details (joints, openings, surface treatments) 

• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to resolve design issues 

• Verify architectural quality of precast components before and during production 

• Support QC and production on finishing and aesthetic standards 

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture 

• 2–5 years experience in design or shop drawing review 

• Ability to read architectural & structural drawings 

• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit/BIM is an advantage) 

• Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills
